MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION
The Genealogical Society of Davidson County was established as a non-profit organization in 1980. Since then, it has grown to be one of the most active and fastest growing Genealogical Societies in the area. Membership is open to anyone with interest in genealogy. Annual dues are due in each January, to join, please complete a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. To complete the process of membership online (NOTE: Family memberships still have to be mailed in with payment and application) please use the following process. Fill out the membership application and pedigree chart, scan it and email it back to the Society at GSDC1980@yahoo.com; once that is complete, chose the correct membership below and add to your shopping cart and pay for your membership securely through PAYPAL. Membership applications WILL NOT be processed until membership dues have been received.

$20.00 Family… plus $5.00 for each additional family member living in the same house that desires membership (this will require submittal of an application through the mail with payment)
New members are asked to fill out a PEDIGREE CHART with the society so that others will know the families that they are researching. Members who have filed a pedigree may submit a query to be published.
The society meets four times a year on the third Monday of January, April, July, and October. A newsletter and a 50 page Journal are published quarterly and mailed to all members free of charge.
Persons desiring a review or to advertise books in the journal may do so if a copy of their publication is sent to the Society and permission is granted to make said copy the property of the Society.
